Uniform Specialist

About the Position

Evolution Georgia is pleased to announce the vacancy for the position of the Uniform Specialist. This role is integral to managing uniform services, stock, and relationships with suppliers, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily uniform service: ordering, issuing, replacement, control of wear and tear, cleaning, and utilization.
• Maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and service standards.
• Uniform stock management: perform regular inventories, achieve tidiness in storage premises.
• Cooperation with Evolution Academy and Human Resources: ensure availability of uniforms for new hires / collect uniform from employees leaving the company.
• New uniforms’ development and delivery process.
• Preparing and providing uniforms stock to Studio Desk on a timely manner.
• Maintaining relationship with key suppliers and negotiating competitive contract agreements.
• Gathering and analyzing critical data.
• Participation in newcomers training process.
• Performing other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.

  • Interest in fashion and image-making industry, ability to follow trends and guide suppliers and stakeholders on the company needs
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Ability to accurately fulfill job-related tasks and attentiveness to details
  • Adaptability and high stress resistance
