Role Description:
Oversees the daily operations of the Uniforms Team, emphasizing excellence in administrative management and staff development. This role is responsible for implementing effective cost control and optimization strategies, managing inventory rigorously, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures, and drafting new protocols to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accuracy of stock records and ensure timely processing of re-stocking requests.
  • Monitor stock movements to identify trends, patterns, and potential red flags.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established procedures and continuously evaluate compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on stock management and related operational processes.
  • Develop, document, and propose new procedures or improvements to existing ones, particularly those that streamline inventory management and enhance on-camera appearance consistency.
  • Manage daily team activities, including attendance tracking, scheduling, and holiday planning.
  • Produce detailed, high-quality reports and documentation on operational performance and stock management issues.
  • Effectively manage team members and handle disciplinary documentation when necessary.
  • Oversee the training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with departmental standards and objectives.
  • Conduct research and testing projects aimed at improving the consistency of dealers' on-camera appearance.
  • Proactively update the Appearance Manager regarding any relevant issues, improvements, or challenges encountered.
  • Complete the monthly KPIs for team members and actively contribute to refining these metrics to achieve optimal team performance.
  • Actively engage with suppliers, conduct negotiations, and maintain strong, ongoing relationships to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

  • Language: Proficient in English, excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Technical Skills: PC literacy and familiarity with stock management software.
  • Attention to Detail: Advanced level of precision in managing inventory and appearance standards.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with suppliers.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of stock management experience and minimum 1 year in managing teams or performing in coordination roles.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Fashion Industry: Background in fashion, textiles, or uniform design.
  • Process Improvement Skills: Experience in streamlining inventory processes for efficiency.
