About the Position

We’re looking for a Full-time Unity Developer to join our team in Suceava, Romania, or remotely (flexible).

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Creating high-quality designs that effectively communicate new features or events in the game.
Conceptualizing, presenting, and executing ideas within tight schedules.
Collaborating with other artists, designers, and stakeholders to enhance the game’s visual style.
Receiving and implementing feedback and requests from team members and the team lead.
Planning the creation of multiple art assets to meet the needs and deadlines of various stakeholders.
Researching new design ideas and staying updated with the latest design software.
Maintaining and evolving brand graphics standards, technical guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Unity.
Ability to implement complex features.
Vast experience with git flows and git standards.
Vast experience in applying design principles and design patterns.
Vast experience in teamwork.
Vast experience in working with Jira or other management tools.
Attention to detail, ensuring nothing is left out.
Very good English skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

Experience in Unreal Engine (or other game engines).
Unity Professional or Expert certification.
