GOALENT is 2nd screen entertainment during live football matches, which will boost up amongst social media platforms. GOALENT is financially backed by a FIFA Licensed Goal Line Technology System, a former world class football player and today's football manager, an international gaming expert, and an international Investment Group. We are a startup developing a disruptive mobile solution that helps app publishers all over the globe to generate more revenue. Responsibilities
- Lead an Agile team of Developers and QA through the Sprint cycle.
- Keep team members motivated and engaged while maintaining a positive team environment.
- Work with our Product Management to understand and refine requirements for the team.
- Foster collaboration and communication within the team.
- Work with other teams to do root cause analysis on production issues.
- Mentor other developers using your experience with advanced Unity concepts.
- Help standardize and encourage the use of proper design patterns and best practices.
- Analyze, design, prototype, program, test, and support – the complete software lifecycle in your hands!
Requirements
- 4+ years developing software professionally
- Advanced working knowledge of Unity
- Strong skills in UI programming and common software design patterns.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
- Acted as a lead developer on multiple projects
- You know how to work in a collaborative team environment and navigate the challenges of delivering a great app on time
- Able to break down complicated tasks into discrete solvable components, prioritize what is important, and provide accurate time estimates.
- Strong administrative/organizational skills (ability to effectively prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines on multiple projects).
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
