About the Position
We’re looking for an experienced Unity Programmer to join our team. We are working on a unique interactive project in Unity that goes beyond a typical mobile game. It combines technology, interaction, and a strong focus on the overall user experience.
The project is already in development and has an existing technical foundation. We are now looking for an experienced Unity programmer who can help us continue developing it and gradually take greater responsibility for the technical side of the project. Our current Main Programmer will provide technical supervision, project handover, and support during the transition. We are looking for someone who can gradually grow into a long-term technical role with responsibility for the project.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, debug, and maintain modular and scalable systems
- Understand and work within Unity architecture, project structure, and existing codebases
- Optimize performance and ensure efficient workflows in Unity
- Collaborate with the team using Git for version control and collaborative development workflows
- Communicate effectively and collaborate remotely
Requirements
- Strong experience with Unity and C# (mandatory)
- Experience developing complex interactive systems in Unity (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Unity architecture, project structure, and existing codebases (mandatory)
- Ability to design, implement, debug, and maintain modular and scalable systems (mandatory)
- Good understanding of performance and optimization in Unity (mandatory)
- Good understanding of Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows (mandatory)
- Good communication skills and experience with remote collaboration (mandatory)
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile development and optimization
- Experience with AR / spatial / interactive applications
- Experience with advanced UI systems or external integrations
- Experience taking over or maintaining an existing Unity project
- Experience acting as a technical lead or Main Programmer
