Responsibilities
- Consulting Projects: Participate in and lead consulting projects in logistics and supply chain management.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement individual strategies to optimize logistics and supply chain management.
- Team Support: Support and lead OCM team members.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Internal Projects: Independently manage internal projects to expand expertise or functional areas, and participate in exciting startup projects.
Requirements
- Experience: At least two years of relevant professional experience in logistics and supply chain management in management consulting or top talent from renowned companies.
- Skills: High level of persuasiveness, authenticity, dynamism, and determination. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Innovative and quick thinking with a focus on the essentials. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convince and inspire.

- Team Leadership: Experience in leading teams and customer initiatives.
