About the Position
US Sales Manager for Children's Online Courses (Remote)
Run engaging 1:1 online trial lessons with US kids, help parents choose the right program, and earn per lesson + bonuses - up to $2,200/mo, part-time, fully remote.
Responsibilities
Each trial lesson, you'll:
- Meet the child and at least one parent on Zoom
- Build rapport and ask the right questions to understand the child's background, interests, and goals
- Lead a short hands-on activity (simple coding, game logic, or digital task) using ready-made materials
- Recommend the best-fit program based on what you observe
- Answer questions, address concerns, and guide the family to a clear decision
Requirements
- Clear, confident spoken English that US parents can easily follow
- A laptop/PC with working webcam and mic
- Stable internet for smooth video calls
- A quiet space to work with your camera on
- 20–25 hrs/week available during peak hours (weekday US afternoons/evenings + weekend days)
- You genuinely enjoy talking with both kids and parents
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching
- Experience working with kids and/or parents
- Comfortable managing your own schedule remotely
We Offer
- Schedule: 20–25 hrs/week on average, mostly weekday afternoons/evenings + daytime weekends (US hours)
- Pay: Fixed rate per completed trial + performance bonuses - clear, transparent structure
- Support: Live onboarding, guided practice, and a short assessment before you start with real families

Kodland is an international online school helping kids aged 8–17 build real digital skills - Python, Roblox, Minecraft, Digital Creativity, and more. We work with students and families across the US, Europe, the UK, CIS, Latin America, MENA, and beyond, all through live 1:1 or small-group Zoom classes with a project-based approach.
