About the Position
We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager (DSP) with 3+ years of hands-on programmatic performance buying experience to scale campaigns across DSP platforms. Proficiency in performance KPIs, testing methodologies, and attribution is required.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Mintegral DSP, Mediago DSP, Bigo Ads to achieve target KPIs (CPA/CPI/CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.) and volume goals.
- Own end-to-end full-funnel execution, and also operate independently on mid/low funnel to deliver efficiency and KPI targets.
- Manage and scale $100K+/month budgets: maintain daily/weekly pacing, reallocate spend, scale up/down with clear guardrails, and apply risk-managed decision-making to grow profitably.
- Build and maintain a structured testing roadmap: develop hypotheses, prioritize tests, and execute experiments across creatives, audiences, offers, bidding, and placements, including interpretation of results (including lift/holdout/incrementality).
- Drive creative performance from the media side: write clear briefs for UGC/static/video, define test matrices, and provide actionable performance feedback (no requirement to produce creative assets personally).
- Own conversion optimization from the media perspective: identify funnel drop-offs, propose landing page/offer tests, and drive implementation.
- Ensure strong measurement and attribution across web + app: align platform reporting with GA4 and third-party measurement tools to make confident optimization and scaling decisions.
- Own tracking readiness and data quality: ensure pixels/events/postbacks are properly implemented and validated (in coordination with dev/tracking teams as needed), maintain UTM discipline, run QA checks, and use the data correctly for optimization.
- Deliver clear reporting and communication: weekly/monthly performance summaries, insights, and next-step action plans.
- Maintain operational hygiene: test logs, budget trackers, and performance dashboards; document decisions and next steps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on programmatic performance buying with proven results scaling campaigns across DSP/programmatic platforms (experience with Mintegral DSP, Bigo Ads, and MediaGo DSP is a strong plus).

- Deep understanding of performance KPIs and how to optimize to them: CPA/CPI/CPL, CAC, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPM, CPC, AOV/LTV - with clear decision-making based on signal quality and funnel stage.
- Proven success scaling campaigns profitably beyond $100K/month: strong budget ownership, pacing discipline, guardrails, and risk-managed scaling.
- Strong testing methodology: hypothesis-driven testing across creatives, audiences, offers, and bidding; clean experiment setup and interpretation (including incrementality / lift / holdout).
- Strong attribution & measurement judgment (web + app): comfortable aligning platform reporting with GA4 and third-party measurement to make confident optimization decisions.
- Owns conversion optimization from the media side: diagnoses performance drop-offs across the user journey, proposes landing page/offer tests, and drives iterations with stakeholders (no need to build pages/creative personally).
- Proficiency with analytics & tracking: GA4, Adjust / AppsFlyer, pixel/events, postback, UTM discipline, and QA mindset.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel): pacing models, funnel reporting, cohort/LTV basics, creative test logs, and executive-ready summaries.
