User Acquisition Manager (Facebook Ads)

About the Position

We at King Group are engaged in the development and promotion of entertainment products for users around the globe. Having successfully launched and scaled to profitability a number of new products within the last two years, we are on the constant run for new highs. Due to the rapid development of the emerging business segment of social gaming for Tier-1 countries, our team is looking for a talented and enthusiastic User Acquisition Manager to join our Facebook Ads team.

Working with us, you will have a wide freedom of action and space for your growth, spanning from full control over the creatives to be launched, to unlimited budgets, as well as working with Tier-1 GEO with an audience of 300+ million people.

Responsibilities

• Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads, encompassing full cycle of user acquisition management
• Testing of new Paid Social and other performance channels and technologies
• Working with and managing a number of projects with 6-figure monthly budgets
• Analytics of key indicators in all channels: CAC, ROMI/ROAS, CRs, LTV, etc.
• Ongoing testing of creatives, various funnels and strategies
• Participation in building a marketing and communication strategy for the brands together with the team.

Requirements

• At least a year of experience with Paid Social traffic sources (Meta Ads) with B2C products preferably aimed at Tier1 countries
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and lead generation domain
• Ability to research, replicate and come up with new creative ideas and funnels for traffic generation
• Ability relentlessly execute your ideas to get things done, to tackle problems on your own as well as being a team player
• Strong analytical skills: experience working with data and metrics as well as data-driven decision-making
• Upper-Intermediate English
