We create new formats, stories, and build a world where the only limit is human imagination. And now we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Google) - Middle / Senior, who is ready to join us and create it with us.
Responsibilities
- Manage the effectiveness of paid traffic in Google App and Web Campaigns through the development of automated systems for launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns to target ROI.
- Analyze data, find growth points, and scale successful approaches.
- Work with creatives: formulate hypotheses and improve their effectiveness.
- Identify new opportunities for growth through market and competitor analysis.
- Implement and develop the UA strategy for products.
Requirements
- Experience with Google Ads with a focus on achieving target business metrics for 1+ year;
- Experience in building and testing hypotheses, finding growth points, and scaling results;
- Ability to independently manage campaign effectiveness: from analysis to decision-making and scaling;
- Deep work with metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and understanding their interrelation at different stages of the funnel;
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and automate processes;
- Proactivity, ownership of results
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in Genesis, SKELAR, or other Ukrainian BigTech companies.
- Experience in Big4 or leading consulting firms.
- Potential for leadership and team development.
