User Acquisition Manager (Google)

You might already know our flagship product JustDone or spin-offs - Avrora and Promova.

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Google) for our product Just Done - an AI assistant for in-depth academic work that takes into account all the needs and specifics of conducting research and creating scientific papers. The main goal of this role is to launch and scale advertising in Google Ads for the Reprism product.

In this role, you will get

Responsibilities

• Scaling advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads;
• Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads within the created strategy and set KPIs;
• Constantly searching for new approaches and opportunities to optimize advertising campaigns;
• Participation in the process of creating advertising materials necessary for promotion in Google and Bing Ads.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience specifically with Google Ads in an advertising agency or product company;
• Experience working with a Google Ads account with concrete results in Tier 1 markets;
• Experience in in-depth work with Google Analytics / Amplitude / Tableau;
• Experience in optimizing metrics CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR + real experience in improving QS;
• Approach to work "by hypotheses" + data-driven approach;
• Ability to analyze competitors' strategies and results;
• Experience working with budgets from $100K per month;
• English Upper-Intermediate +
