About the Position

User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads)

Join our remote team as a User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads) to drive acquisition efforts and work with our creative team on innovative ideas.

About the Project

Blessed Path is a mental wellbeing app designed to help users reduce stress, manage anxiety, and restore emotional balance. Through guided meditations, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices, Blessed Path provides simple tools to relax your mind, build resilience, and find calm in your daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our Meta Performance Lead and manage a portion of our acquisition efforts. Initially, you will be responsible for specific locales, but over time, you may take ownership of new funnels, R&D initiatives, or even an entirely new traffic source.
  • Generate creative ideas in collaboration with our creative team. Your insights are very valuable for the creative development.
  • Work with autorules and AI-agents (we will teach you everything). Our internal AI-efforts are new to us too, we will study together and make mistakes together. It’s a part of the process.

Requirements

  • At least 6-8 months of experience with Meta
  • Understanding of unit economy of the performance-driven startups
  • Analytical skills (you can look at the report and make decisions based on data)
  • Ability to build logical conclusions.
  • It is a plus if you studied mathematics or something technical at the university (but we don’t need to see your diploma).
  • You have seen Meta ads manager and worked with it directly.
  • You know what unit economy is and can explain it to a 5 y.o child.
