About the Position
User Acquisition Manager | TikTok | AMO Publishing
We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager for TikTok to launch and scale TikTok Ads based on verified Facebook connections. The role is essential for quickly bringing a new traffic source to profitability and scale while maintaining financial KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Adapting existing Facebook connections to TikTok specifications: formats, creatives, test logic.
- Launching and managing advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads as a new acquisition channel.
- Conducting daily monitoring and detailed performance analytics and quickly optimizing campaigns.
- Scaling successful campaigns while maintaining financial KPIs.
- Coordinating the creative cycle: briefing designers and AI, test logic, iterations.
- Sharing insights from analytics and providing feedback on connections and funnels to improve results.
Requirements
- Experience as a User Acquisition Manager or Media Buyer for at least 1 year.
- Practical experience working with TikTok as the main traffic source for at least 3 months.
- Experience managing a large advertising budget, preferably from $100K per month.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics: ROI, ROMI, CPA, CTR, CPM, LTV.
- Proven successful cases with confirmed results.
- Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Independence, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility for results.
- English level B1+.
