We create new formats, stories, and build a world where the only limitation is human imagination. And now we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Paid Social) - Junior who is ready to join and create it with us.

Responsibilities

Launch, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta or TikTok platforms to achieve business goals.
Identify insights and growth points through systematic testing of marketing hypotheses.
Develop and improve automation systems to scale results.
Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve creatives.

Requirements

Knowledge of basic marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, IR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.);
Understanding of the marketing funnel and key conversion stages;
Ability to evaluate and analyze creative results, form hypotheses;
Analytical skills, developed critical thinking;
Proactivity, willingness to propose and discuss ideas.

Nice to Have

Experience in Big4 or leading consulting firms;
Experience or courses in Genesis, SKELAR, or other Ukrainian BigTech companies;
Experience with analytical tools, basic skills in working with Appsflyer, Tableau, Amplitude.
