User Acquisition Manager

About the Position

We're seeking a User Acquisition Manager for our Performance Marketing team in Warsaw, Poland, to drive user growth and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Influence the development of your direction and launch new growth points
• Launch and scale Meta / Google / TikTok / Snapchat / X / Quora and other channels
• Seek unconventional growth opportunities, test growth hacking approaches, and not limit yourself to classic promotion schemes
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and look deeper than CTR and CPA-into user behavior in the funnel and final business metrics
• Research competitors: their channels, creatives, funnels, and approaches to acquisition
• Work closely with the creative team: set tasks, participate in brainstorming, and together create creatives that convert
• Collaborate with the product & tech team on user flow, test hypotheses, and improve performance funnels

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance / digital marketing
• Hands-on experience launching and scaling campaigns in Meta and/or Google Ads
• Confident understanding of performance marketing metrics and their key impact on the product and business
• Data-driven approach: ability to work with large amounts of data, find patterns, and turn them into concrete solutions
