User Acquisition Specialist

About the Position

Join HOLYWATER as a User Acquisition Specialist to optimize ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok, collaborate with creative teams, and drive growth through data analysis and testing.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok
• Collaborate with the creative team to analyze what works and generate new ideas
• Identify growth opportunities for products through hypothesis testing
• Communicate with analysts, product managers, and marketing to implement insights into creatives
• Work with key metrics: IR, LTV, ROAS to develop breakthrough solutions

Requirements

• Knowledge of digital marketing: CPM, CPC, CTR, IR, CPA, LTV, ROAS
• Basic proficiency in tools like Appsflyer, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar
• Ability to analyze creatives, draw conclusions, and generate hypotheses
• Critical thinking, proactivity, and a readiness to come up with and discuss new ideas
