About the Program

Who We Are Looking For?

We are searching for individuals who:

• Are students or graduates in fields such as: computer science, economics, econometrics, marketing, data analytics, or related fields,
• Are comfortable working with Excel (or Google Sheets),
• Can think analytically and are eager to learn,
• Speak English at least at the B2 level,
• Are available full-time,
• Can participate in 2-week on-site training in Gdańsk during the initial period.

Details

• Number of positions: Minimum 4
• Program duration: 2 weeks + exam
• Format: Free developmental program
• Start date: August 17, 2026
• Location: Office in Gdańsk (on-site during the program)
• At the end of the developmental program, after 2 weeks of intensive learning, participants will be invited to take a mandatory exam.
• Next step: Paid internship for at least 2 participants.

Technical Task (optional)

Depending on the process and needs, occasionally we will ask you to solve a short technical task. This happens mostly in case of the graphic designer process, user acquisition, and business intelligence roles. You can ask about your case directly during your first contact with the BoomBit HR team.
