About the Position

User Acquisition Specialist (TikTok) | Honeytech

Currently, we are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist (TikTok) to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it. Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics - in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

Remote Full-Time | User Acquisition

Responsibilities

As a User Acquisition Specialist, your challenges will include:

• Launching and managing advertising campaigns on TikTok.
• Analyzing and monitoring campaign performance and key metrics.
• Contributing to the development of infrastructure for traffic automation.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate new growth ideas.

Requirements

We are looking for a specialist who:

• Has 1.5+ years of experience in performance marketing (TikTok or Meta/Snapchat/Google).
• Has experience managing marketing budgets of 100K+ per month.
• Understands key marketing metrics (CPA, CR, CPC, LTV, ROMI, etc.) and can analyze performance impact.
• Has English level Intermediate or higher.
