User Researcher

About the Position
FitMe is a fitness app created for people who want to stay active without long, repetitive workouts. It offers short, easy-to-follow routines that can be done at home with no equipment. FitMe is perfect for busy people who want to maintain their health, boost energy levels, and feel good every day - without going to the gym or spending hours on exercise.
Responsibilities
Define & Run Research
- Work with product and design to identify key research questions
- Choose the right method (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
- Plan and conduct research end-to-end
Turn Research into Decisions
- Analyze results and extract clear insights
- Translate findings into product improvements and hypotheses
- Present insights in a simple, actionable way
Influence Product & Marketing
- Support product decisions across discovery, validation, and iteration
- Test prototypes and identify usability issues
- Ensure user needs are reflected in product decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on UX research experience in product companies
- Experience conducting full-cycle research (design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative methods. Ability to choose the right research approach
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decisions, strong presentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (comfortable conducting interviews in English)
- Experience with tools like UserTesting, Maze, Respondent, Amplitude, Figma, Miro, FigJam
