About the Position
Join Luxoft as a UX Designer in Bucharest, Romania. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs for financial products.
Responsibilities
- Defining and maintaining an homogeneous UX and UI across the Treasury & Capital Markets
- Collaborate and defend deliverables with project team members, including Product Managers, Dev Managers, and directors
- Creating user personas and scenarios: You will create fictional representations of different user types and develop user scenarios to guide the design process.
- Designing wireframes and prototypes: You will create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to test and refine the user interface design.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends: You will stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in UX design, and incorporate these insights into your work.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in an UX role, preferably on B2B products
- Proficiency in design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs (experience with Figma would be a plus)
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies to collaborate effectively with developers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Experience or knowledge in the financial industry would be a plus
