About the Position
We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team in Brussels, Belgium, and enhance our application's user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications and websites.
- Participate in needs analysis and ensure you know the users and their environment to determine the requirements of the applications as accurately as possible.
- Determine and plan research methods and help recruit participants to gather the necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests, etc.).
- Propose the most suitable solution and design low and high fidelity interfaces (mobile first prototyping).
- Assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets the requirements of the users and their environment.
- Ensure that the graphic design of the applications complies with accessibility guidelines.
- Update the Design system.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team throughout the projects.
- Be bilingual (Dutch and French).
