About the Position
We're seeking a UX Designer to join our digital business team in Warsaw, focusing on creating user-centered features for our app.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your UX team, Product and business colleagues to design unique, user-centered features for the PAYBACK App and other PAYBACK digital experiences.
- Understand challenging problems from both user and business perspectives and translate them into effective UX/UI concepts and prototypes.
- Test your concepts with users before they are developed.
- Work closely with developers throughout implementation, ensuring that the final product reflects the intended user experience and design quality.
- Collaborate closely with the UX team to continuously maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring that your designs align with and leverage its principles and components.
- Work as part of a diverse team of Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers from over 10 countries.
- Put the user at the heart of your work while balancing user needs with business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX / User Experience Design for native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
- Ideally, a degree with a focus on Interaction Design, Information Design, Interface Design, Psychology, or a similar field.
- A creative mindset and a strong sense of interaction design that creates experiences our users will enjoy.
- You enjoy tackling novel and complex problems.
- Strong ability to manage complexity, coupled with a hands-on mentality.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in UX design tools, especially Figma, is essential.
- Experience working with design systems; knowledge of how to connect design systems to code is a plus.
- Experience in motion and interaction design, particularly with tools such as Rive, Figma Motion or similar, would be a strong advantage.
- Fluent English is essential; strong German language skills are a significant advantage.
