UX Designer SENIOR (I10227)

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. You will design user-friendly interfaces and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications.
• Maintain and develop the design system, ensuring components, patterns, and guidelines remain consistent, accessible, and up-to-date.
• Participate in needs analysis and ensure you know the users and their environment to determine application requirements.
• Determine and plan research methods and assist in recruiting participants to gather necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests, etc.).
• Propose the most suitable solution and design low and high fidelity interfaces (mobile-first prototyping).
• Assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces and ensure the developed application meets user and environmental requirements.
• Ensure the graphic design of applications complies with accessibility guidelines.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team throughout projects.

• Languages:
  • French: Native
  • English: Active knowledge
  • Dutch: Active knowledge
• Skills:
  • Figma/Sketch/Mockplus: Confirmed
  • WCAG 2.1: Confirmed
