About the Position
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to optimize the dealer experience for a major B2B platform upgrade in Göteborg, Sweden.
Job Description
The senior UX Designer will work closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within the main Swedish Automotive OEM to analyze the dealer experience of a B2B digital platform and build a new platform concept to improve the current situation. The project will require a thorough investigation of the current dealer journey and mapping out the full ecosystem to identify dependencies and major pain points. Once a solid foundation and deep understanding of the needs and required tasks of both the dealer and the main Swedish Automotive OEM are established, a new vision and concrete concept should be developed and evaluated. The UX designer will work closely with a dedicated service designer.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex service platform offers from a user experience perspective and lead the process to define the most suitable user experience path.
- Create innovative, user-centered designs and provide precise assets and descriptions for the development team.
- Communicate both verbally and visually with different stakeholders.
- Bridge stakeholders across functions and translate customer and user needs into new business/user experience opportunities.
- Quickly create UX prototypes to validate with stakeholders and customers.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and experience in customer experience analysis, strategic systems thinking, and hands-on service creation and evaluation.
- Proficient in Figma design tool and the ability to create high-fidelity mockups and wireframes for desktop and mobile interfaces.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and demonstrated experience in designing for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with service designers, developers, etc.
- Familiarity with design accessibility principles and the ability to design interfaces that are inclusive and accessible to all users.
Nice to Have
- Interest in handling complexity and turning data into value-adding services.
- Ability to manage day-to-day work to ensure UX/UI consistency and understand different customer needs.
- Experience working closely with design and development of digital experiences in a corporate environment.
- Experience in quickly creating UX prototypes to validate with stakeholders and customers.
