About the Position
We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our fast-growing business group. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a multicultural team of top professionals in various fields such as Development, Architecture, Management, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Collecting research requests and planning research processes
- Independently conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Systematizing and collecting research results, presenting and formulating action points for key stakeholders
- Assisting product managers in developing product hypotheses
- Quarterly research planning with stakeholders
- Presenting the results of the work completed and its impact on the product
Requirements
- 2+ years as a UX Researcher / Product Researcher
- Experience using basic, qualitative and quantitative UXR tools: in-depth interviews, user testing, surveys, card sorting, 5-second tests, audits, desk research, etc.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- More than ten successfully conducted studies, including successful implementations of findings (insights)
- Understanding of frameworks and methodologies: HCD, DD, DT
Nice to Have
- Experience in the iGaming industry and participatory design practices (Participatory Action Research) is a big plus.
- A background as a UX designer or sociologist is also a plus.
