About the Position
We are seeking a UX Researcher with 2+ years of experience in user research to join our team, focusing on user-centered design and research methodologies.
Responsibilities
- UX design with a focus on research
- Planning research and building a Research Roadmap
- Owning all stages of user research: design, recruiting, creating guides, conducting interviews, analyzing results, generating solutions, and presenting to the team
- Conducting various types of research: deep dives, usability, field studies, quantitative UX research, etc.
- Active collaboration with the UX design and research team
- Continuous research of the competitive environment to identify trends and best practices
- Creating interfaces for mobile and desktop applications and websites based on the existing design system
- Presenting research results to the team and product owners
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative user research
- 1+ year of interface design experience
- Portfolio of UX research and product design case studies
- Understanding of data-driven, human-centered design approaches and a high level of empathy for the user
- Ability to analyze and use the results of previous research
- Experience in advocating for the user and defending user-centered solutions to cross-functional teams
- Ability to generate hypotheses, find insights, and propose solutions based on research conducted
- Ability to present research results clearly and visually
- Thoughtful goal setting and task definition for research, understanding "why" and preventing "research for the sake of research"
- Deep understanding of research and data analysis methodologies and the ability to combine different techniques and frameworks
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Analytical thinking, ability to immerse and understand complex product processes
- Deep knowledge of Figma for creating presentations with research results and interfaces
