UX / UI/UX Designer

About the Position

We are seeking a Middle UX/UI Designer with experience in commercial projects to join our team in Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Development of design for the main platforms
• Build and maintain Design Systems (create and customize auto layout, variants)
• Describe the rules of behavior of new modules Guide & Rules
• Create interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to achieve a quality user experience

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with commercial projects
• Knowledge of popular UI component libraries and system design methodologies
• Understanding of modern UX design principles and methodology
• Ability to find and use references
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and design rationale

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of programs such as Framer / Spline / Rive, development of basic interface animation
• Work experience with internal products
• Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar tools is desirable
