Responsibilities

• Write external documentation for clients: both technical specifications for developers and guides for business clients.
• Work with the UX team and create texts for interfaces.
• Write accurate descriptions of FONDY's products for our website.

Requirements

• Understanding and using UX writing principles.
• Logical and critical thinking.
• Experience in user research and testing for writing content.
• Experience of working with Fin-tech products.
• Upper intermediate English.

As a big plus would be:

• Experience in writing technical and user-oriented documentation for API.
• Experience with collaborating with the design team.
• Experience in writing descriptions of products and services.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Relevant past work experience that demonstrates effective copy and UX writing.
