About the Position

Join our multicultural team as a UX Researcher, contributing to product development in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Requirements

2+ years as a UX Researcher / Product Researcher
Experience using basic, qualitative and quantitative UXR tools: in-depth interviews, user testing, surveys, card sorting, 5-second tests, audits, desk research, etc.
Experience working in cross-functional teams
More than ten successfully conducted studies, including successful implementations of findings (insights)
Understanding of frameworks and methodologies: HCD, DD, DT

Will be plus

Experience in the iGaming industry and participatory design practices (Participatory Action Research) is a big plus.
A background as a UX designer or sociologist is also a plus.

Responsibilities

Collecting research requests and planning research processes
Independently conducting qualitative and quantitative research
Systematizing and collecting research results, presenting and formulating action points for key stakeholders
Assisting product managers in developing product hypotheses
Quarterly research planning with stakeholders
Presenting the results of the work completed and its impact on the product
