About the Position

Join our multicultural team as a UX Researcher, contributing to product development in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a UX Researcher / Product Researcher
  • Experience using basic, qualitative and quantitative UXR tools: in-depth interviews, user testing, surveys, card sorting, 5-second tests, audits, desk research, etc.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • More than ten successfully conducted studies, including successful implementations of findings (insights)
  • Understanding of frameworks and methodologies: HCD, DD, DT

Will be plus

  • Experience in the iGaming industry and participatory design practices (Participatory Action Research) is a big plus.
  • A background as a UX designer or sociologist is also a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting research requests and planning research processes
  • Independently conducting qualitative and quantitative research
  • Systematizing and collecting research results, presenting and formulating action points for key stakeholders
  • Assisting product managers in developing product hypotheses
  • Quarterly research planning with stakeholders
  • Presenting the results of the work completed and its impact on the product
