About the Position
Chili Labs is not only about mobile apps development, but also is leading in mobile UI/UX design. To provide cutting-edge mobile apps to our clients, we need to have an enthusiastic designer, who would not be afraid of asking questions, getting into the end user skin, and understanding their pain points.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements analysis, user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts
- Create information architecture design, interaction design
- Design user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes
- Conduct customer interviews and usability testing
- Participate in new business development activities, support, and preparation in client briefs and pitch meetings
- Direct communication with the client and project manager
- Close collaboration with design team members, promote a culture of innovation and teamwork
- Ensure the following design guidelines by working closely with developers
- Stay up to date with new technologies, industry, and design trends
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience designing digital products or services, preferably for mobile devices
- Fluent in English and Latvian (to communicate confidently with international clients)
- Familiarity with platform design guidelines: Material Design (Android) / Human Interface Guidelines (iOS)
- Design portfolio (Dribbble/Behance or any other ways)
- Sense for color, typography, and composition
- Knowledge of the design process
- Experience with Figma

- Experience with Principle/After Effects/Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator
