UX/UI Designer

We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for desktop applications, digital platforms, and online experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs based on business and user requirements.
• Develop graphic assets, visual concepts, and other digital content that support a consistent brand experience.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to create effective digital solutions.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of design systems, UI components, and brand guidelines, including AI-assisted design.
• Support the improvement of existing digital products through user feedback, analytics, and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Studies in the field of media/IT/design or comparable qualification.
• Experience in UX/UI design, digital design, graphic design, or a comparable role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX/UI projects and visual/graphic design work.
• Proficiency with common design tools (Figma), including wireframing, prototyping tools, and visual design tools.
• Good understanding of UX principles, usability, customer journeys, and digital product design.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with generative AI and modern AI-powered design tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluent written and spoken English.
