UX/UI Designer

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Middle UX/UI Designer to join our team in Lviv, Ukraine. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to design solutions that meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project goals, target audience, and user needs
• Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Develop user personas, user journeys, and other design deliverables that help to articulate the user experience
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that illustrate design solutions and user flows
• Collaborate with developers and other designers to ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
• Participate in usability testing and other user research activities to validate design decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process, including examples of design work in the discovery phase
• Experience with user research methodologies and tools, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
