UX/UI Designer

About the Position

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with 5+ years of experience in B2B applications to join our team in Poland, focusing on maritime logistics processes.

Workplace

• Remotely, with occasional office visits in Warsaw (2-4 days every 2 months)

Start

• ASAP (max. 1 month's notice period)

• B2B with ITFS

Rate

• Up to PLN 115/h + VAT

Recruitment Process

1. Short phone call with an ITFS recruiter
2. Technical interview (~1.5 h)
3. Soft interview (~30 min)

Responsibilities

• Conducting workshops and co-creation sessions with interdisciplinary teams of stakeholders
• Using the RITE (Rapid Iterative Testing & Evaluation) methodology and the Lean UX approach to validate concepts and rapidly implement improvements
• Conducting user research, prototyping, and usability testing to make data-driven design decisions
• Translating complex B2B processes into simple and intuitive user interfaces
• Working closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure design consistency and feasibility
• Developing and expanding the Design System and library components
• Presenting conclusions, recommendations, and project justifications to management
• Flexibly adapting project processes to dynamic requirements in an Agile environment

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Practical experience in designing B2B or Enterprise applications, with particular emphasis on complex Enterprise-class systems
• Experience working with data-dense applications requiring the design of clear and effective interfaces for complex business processes
• Very good knowledge of Figma
• Knowledge of Design System standards and design techniques and patterns (including Double/Triple Diamond, Customer Journeys, Personas, Service Blueprints, Business/Product Canvas)
• Understanding of front-end technologies and practical experience in creating commercial products
• Highly developed communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2/C1
