Responsibilities
- Full cycle of personnel selection;
- Adaptation and maintenance of a positive atmosphere in the team, increasing loyalty;
- Evaluation of staff satisfaction / involvement;
- Formation and management of the personnel reserve;
- Participation in other HR projects;
Requirements
- Work experience in recruiting from 1 year, practical application of various methods of searching and hiring personnel;
- Knowledge of English at the Intermediate (B1) level will be an advantage;
- Skills of conducting adaptation of new team members, motivation and 1:1 meetings;
- Responsibility and systematicity, the ability to work with a large amount of information;
- Willingness to develop and work for results.
