Validation Technical Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Validation Technical Project Manager with 6+ years of automotive project experience to lead validation efforts in Prague. This role involves coordinating system testing activities and ensuring the optimal coverage and testing of system-level features.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates system testing activities (System Test (Verification & Validation), System Integration Test).
• Responsible for the System Integration, Verification, and Validation test strategy to ensure optimal coverage and testing of system-level features.
• Manages System Validation sub-project teams and activities to execute the strategy and deliver relevant Verification & Validation (V&V) reports punctually for each System Delivery.
• Manages the System Validation project budget and approves purchases for the system validation team.
• Monitors and controls the progress of System Validation activities according to the overall system validation schedule.
• Delivers and maintains the System Validation Project Report (SVPR) document and System Baseline Audit Document.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Management experience in automotive projects
• 6+ years in Automotive related projects
• Strong knowledge in System Validation and Vehicle validation related activities
• Test management experience (planning of test campaigns, effort estimation, test bench build up)
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Solid understanding of the validation lifecycle activities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving mindset
• Good time management
• Experience working in an agile environment and good understanding of agile mindset

Nice to Have

• Past experience in System Validation projects
• Good experience over AD related features
