About the Position
We are seeking a V&V Manager to lead and oversee validation and verification activities in a mechanical laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain advanced test systems in a mechanical laboratory.
- Create and execute V&V protocols and test plans compliant with industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA).
- Develop experimental systems to evaluate device performance and safety.
- Participate in pre-clinical in-vivo experiments and analyze results.
- Contribute to the design of cardiovascular medical devices and their components.
- Analyze test data, generate reports, and document V&V activities comprehensively.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a medical device R&D team, with a strong understanding of V&V methodologies.
- Skills:
- Proficient in SolidWorks
- Experienced in V&V test plans
- Strong statistical analysis skills
- Organized documentation
- Problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Language: Fluent in English

- V&V experience within cardiovascular devices
