V&V Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a V&V Manager to lead and oversee validation and verification activities in a mechanical laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced test systems in a mechanical laboratory.
• Create and execute V&V protocols and test plans compliant with industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA).
• Develop experimental systems to evaluate device performance and safety.
• Participate in pre-clinical in-vivo experiments and analyze results.
• Contribute to the design of cardiovascular medical devices and their components.
• Analyze test data, generate reports, and document V&V activities comprehensively.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a medical device R&D team, with a strong understanding of V&V methodologies.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in SolidWorks
  • Experienced in V&V test plans
  • Strong statistical analysis skills
  • Organized documentation
  • Problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills
• Language: Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• V&V experience within cardiovascular devices
