About the Position
We are currently looking for an HR Manager to join the team at our premium residential complexes, Obolon Plaza and Obolon Residences.
Responsibilities
- HR administration (hiring, terminations, vacations, relocations, personnel records management) in 1C: Payroll and HR Management
- Compiling personnel cases, preparing HR orders
- Maintaining timesheets for calculating advance payments and salaries
- Preparing employment contracts and temporary staffing agreements
- Maintaining military registration, reserving employees
- Interaction with directors and chief accountants
- Organization of motivational and training programs
- Updating personnel work standards
- Monitoring health insurance
- Payroll analytics and participation in HR budget planning
- Participation in corporate events and optimization of HR processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR manager, HR specialist, or HR inspector
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle HR administration
- Proficiency in 1C: Payroll and HR Management (HR, timesheets, personnel records management, vacations, relocations)
- Knowledge of labor law and military registration
- Experience working with multiple legal entities will be an advantage
- Ability to handle large amounts of information and work in a multitasking environment
- Analytical thinking (salary reviews, budgets, cost optimization)
- High level of self-organization, attention to detail, and responsibility
- Communication skills and the ability to interact with supervisors and different teams
- Results-oriented and willing to participate in process optimization.
