KPMG Global Services Hungary Kft. (“KDN Hungary”) is a Budapest-based delivery centre within the KPMG Delivery Network (“KDN”) group, a global organization that supports KPMG member firms around the world in delivering services and solutions to their clients. Teams within KDN Hungary help deliver high-quality tax and business services to organizations across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internal trainings and learn all about VAT to provide a great client experience.
• Analyze complex VAT data to prepare indirect tax reports for our multinational clients based on country-specific guidance.
• Pro-actively anticipate our clients’ needs and respond to requests accordingly.
• Advance your language skills in our teams, by managing and keeping contact with foreign tax authorities in case of upcoming questions.
• Be part of a cross-functional team and collaborate with other departments.
• Participate in our improvement projects as KPMG creates the future of taxation.

Requirements

• Preferred background: University studies/diploma
• Languages: Strong written and spoken English language knowledge
• Technical skills and Experience:
  • Open to advancing your Excel skills through our training opportunities
  • Confident with numbers and can handle large amounts of data
  • Ability to identify and solve potential problems
  • Great collaboration and effective communication skills that make you a team-oriented person
  • Ability to work independently
• Attitude: Precision, reliability, client-oriented mindset, and proactive personality
