About the Position
VAT Operations Associate (f/m/d) – countX

Your Mission
As part of our VAT Operations Team at countX, you will:
- Prepare, validate, and clean e-commerce data (e.g., Amazon, ERP, invoice tools)
- Manage and execute VAT filings across EU countries, including OSS, local VAT returns, and VAT registrations
- Assist with Intrastat filings and related submissions
- Support process improvements and contribute to reliable, high-quality compliance outcomes
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners on VAT-related operational tasks
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in VAT filing, EU VAT compliance, OSS filing, or a closely related field
- Excellent Excel skills – you work confidently with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, and logical problem-solving
- Solid understanding of EU VAT processes, OSS procedures, and VAT filing requirements
- Logical thinker with a structured and proactive approach
- Fluent in English (additional EU languages are a plus)
