About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Web Designer with experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SEO-optimized design for a unique opportunity in Lviv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Development of website and landing page designs
• Adaptation of designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
• Creation of interactive prototypes and visualizations
• Development of static, dynamic, and animated materials for websites, social media, messengers, and advertising campaigns
• Development of presentations
• Development of design materials for print
• Work with design systems, brandbooks, and guidelines
• Close collaboration with development, advertising, and content teams

Requirements

• Confident proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience in developing landing page designs with a large number of animations and interactive elements
• Experience in developing data-driven website designs with SEO optimization
• Experience in developing creative and banner designs for advertising campaigns
• Experience in creating adaptive interfaces for different types of devices
• Ability to work with Lottie and/or Rive animations
• Ability to create interactive prototypes in Figma using Smart Animate
• Understanding of composition, color, and typography principles
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for understanding limitations
• Creativity and adaptability
• Systematic approach and responsibility
• Ability to work with technical tasks and formulate new ones

Nice to Have

• Experience in military, social, or charitable projects
• Understanding of JavaScript and animation libraries like GSAP
• Understanding of SEO
• Basic skills in 3D modeling in Blender and/or Cinema4D

At what age can one join the 12th Special Purpose Brigade "Azov"?

You can join the 12th Special Purpose Brigade "Azov" of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov" from the age of 18.

How long is the basic combat training course?

The basic combat training course lasts approximately 6-8 weeks. We pay close attention to the training of personnel, carefully training recruits and preparing them to perform combat tasks. For the NGU "Azov" brigade, professionalism and unit cohesion, as well as the value of each individual soldier, have always been a priority.

If transferred to the unit, do you need to complete the basic combat training course?

Servicemen who join our brigade by transfer must pass the entry control standards. If they fail to meet the standards, they must complete the basic combat training course.

What type of contract and for how long?

Contracts until the demobilization decree. Mobilization until the end of the state of war is also available. If a recruit is transferred from another unit where they have a signed contract, that contract will be transferred to the 12th Brigade "Azov" of the NGU.

What documents are required?

1. Copy of passport (all pages), if ID card, then the appendix
2. Copy of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
3. Original conscription/military ticket (must be registered with the military enlistment office)
4. Photos 3×4 - 4 pcs., 9×12 - 2 pcs. Photos must be matte, without corners, and in cartoon form (you can have them taken at a photo studio)
5. Copy of diploma/certificate of education, if available (secondary specialized, higher) + appendix with grades
6. Details of personal account (preferably PrivatBank or Oschadbank), the card must be "For payments"
7. Certificate of no criminal record from the Diya (Full)

Is there a contract 18-24 in Azov?

Yes. The contract 18-24 is available for signing in the 12th Brigade "Azov". All payments, benefits, and bonuses provided for in the terms of the contract 18-24 apply to young volunteers who wish to sign the contract and begin 365 days of service in a professional unit.

Is there a transfer from the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the National Guard of Ukraine?

Yes. Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine can transfer to the NGU online, in the "Army+" application. Transfers are also available to the "Azov" brigade. When filling out the transfer application, you need to select the 12th Special Purpose Brigade "Azov" (unit 3057) from the list of units. Before filling out the transfer application, you need to obtain a recommendation letter from our recruiters.
