About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Veeva System Administrator to support and enhance a regulated digital quality management environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining business-critical quality applications, ensuring they operate efficiently, remain compliant with industry standards, and continue to meet evolving organizational needs. The ideal candidate combines strong system administration expertise with a consultative approach to solution design and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise quality management platforms and their related processes
Design and implement system improvements based on business and operational requirements
Manage configuration updates, enhancements, and large-scale data maintenance activities
Perform validation and testing activities to ensure system reliability and compliance
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, conducting root-cause analysis when required
Act as an escalation point for advanced support cases while driving continuous system and user experience improvements

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience administering and configuring enterprise quality management solutions with hands-on Veeva Quality experience
Proven expertise in quality-focused document and process management systems
Strong background in system configuration, workflow management, permissions, and governance
Experience supporting regulated environments and compliance-driven processes
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective long-term solutions
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
