About the Position
We are seeking a Veeva Vault Platform Configuration Specialist to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic. This is a hybrid role that requires 6+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 4-5 years hands-on Veeva Vault Configuration.
Responsibilities
- Deep expertise in Vault core platform building blocks: Objects, Object Types, Lifecycles, Workflows, Page Layouts, Security Profiles, Sharing Rules, Roles, Doc Types/Binders (as applicable).
- Demonstrated experience configuring at least one Vault application end-to-end (Clinical, RIM, QualityDocs/QMS, Safety, Medical).
- Working knowledge of Vault Admin console, Configuration Migration Tool (Vault Loader / Migration packages), and configuration comparison/reporting.
- Experience working in a regulated (GxP) environment and awareness of computer system validation impact of configuration changes.
- Ability to read and produce configuration specification documents to audit-ready standard.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery model (Jira-based backlog, sprints, story-level delivery).
- Strong English communication skills - this role interfaces directly with internal Leads and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Veeva Vault Platform Administrator Certification
