About the Position

Véiersproochegen (LU/FR/DE/ENG) IT Support

AUBAY S.A. is seeking a multilingual IT Support Specialist with at least 6 months of experience to join our team in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Support to our users and/or clients;
• Handle tickets related to incidents and requests about Windows and Office;
• Address issues with office equipment such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, etc.;
• Transfer unresolved issues to the next support level;
• Track the lifecycle of incidents;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures;
• Follow up on client requests with a "client-oriented" approach.

Requirements

Profile

Prerequisites:

• At least 6 months of experience in the IT field;
• Proficiency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English;
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems;
• Proficiency with Office tools;
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting (printers, PCs, mobile devices, etc.);
• Experience with SCCM or other remote software;
• Knowledge of issues related to Active Directory;
• Analytical skills and ability to manage priorities;
• Strong teamwork and independent work skills;
• Excellent communication skills;

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of ticketing tools;
• Knowledge of Office 365;
• ITIL certification.
