About the Position
Vendor Verification Specialist
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Vendor Verification Specialist to join our team in Radom, Poland. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of banking data, supporting fraud prevention, and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Verify bank account information through email and telephone communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Validate banking details in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Create, update, and maintain bank master data records in SAP.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of banking information.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to bank account details.
- Support fraud prevention and data validation controls by performing independent verification activities.
- Collaborate with global business teams and master data stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all banking data changes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the master data process.
Requirements
- English language skills at minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in German, Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese (written and spoken) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Customer Service, Shared Services, Call Center, or administrative roles is an advantage.
- SAP experience is a plus.
