Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and support the establishment and scaling of commercial sales models.
• Take ownership of projects – from analysis and conception to implementation.
• Analyze KPIs, identify improvement potentials, and derive concrete measures.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams from Sales, Operations, and Product.
• Support strategic initiatives and contribute your own ideas for business development.
• Optimize processes and ensure that ideas turn into concrete results.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Initial relevant practical experience, such as internships or up to about one year of professional experience – ideally in consulting, startups, business development, finance, or an analytical environment.
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and finding pragmatic solutions.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and convince with initiative and hands-on mentality.
• Quick learner, entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for driving new topics.
• Fluency in German at C2 level and very good English skills.
