About the Position

Join TMC as a Verification & Validation Engineer (HW/SW) to ensure system requirements are met with high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Defining and executing Verification & Validation activities on hardware and software components;
Analyzing functional and technical requirements and verifying their completeness, coherence, and testability;
Developing and executing test cases, procedures, and reports;
Collaborating with hardware design and software development teams to resolve discrepancies identified during test campaigns;
Supporting system integration and validation activities;
Using simulation and analysis environments based on MATLAB for verifying performance and requirements;
Managing technical documentation related to test and validation activities;
Participating in technical reviews and activities for continuous improvement of V&V processes.

Requirements

Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields;
Experience in verification & validation activities for hardware and/or software systems;
Excellent knowledge of MATLAB and related simulation and analysis tools;
Experience in defining and executing functional, integration, and system tests;
Ability to analyze requirements and manage associated traceability;
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
Italian level C1;
On-site presence required 5 days per week.

We Offer

A contract for an indefinite period;
A gross annual salary (RAL) of at least €33,000, in accordance with the CAO Handel - Tertiary, Distribution, and Services provisions;
A competitive compensation package including profit sharing, an individual development budget of 4,000 euros net per year, and an annual welfare credit;
