Seit unserer Gründung sind wir zu einer der ersten Adressen im professionellen Musikversandhandel der Schweiz geworden. Unsere Kunden bezeichnen uns auch als Musikerparadies, da wir ihnen mit 50'000 Artikeln eine einmalige Produktevielfalt bieten.
Unsere Mitarbeiter im Logistik- und Verkaufs-Team sind Experten in der Auftragsabwicklung und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Lieferprozess, der eine wichtige Voraussetzung für die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden darstellt.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in den Bereichen Verkauf und Beratung suchen wir einen service-orientierten Mitarbeiter.
About the Position
Als Verkaufsleiter tragen Sie die abschliessende Verantwortung für den operativen Verkauf. Sie bringen Ihre technischen Kenntnisse überall dort ein, wo der Alltag dies erfordert, d.h. sowohl bei technischen Fragen im Verkauf, wie auch bei technisch anspruchsvollen Aufgaben bezüglich der Infrastruktur (EDV, Technische Infrastruktur der Logistik etc.). Ihre Leidenschaft für die Musik und die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden ist dabei Ihr Antrieb.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortlich für den operativen Verkauf
- Technische Unterstützung im Verkauf und bei Infrastrukturfragen
- Kundenzufriedenheit durch reibungslosen Lieferprozess
Requirements
- Ausdauer, Fleiss, konzentrierte Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
- Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Anforderungen in Computersystemen abzuwickeln
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Erfahrung im Musikverkauf
- Eine Affinität zu unseren Produkten und der Musik
- Idealerweise Fremdsprachenkenntnisse, vor allem Englisch, Französisch, und auch Italienisch ist ein Vorteil
