About the Position
Verksamhetskonsult (Business consultant) - Tieto (m/f/d)
Tieto's PPS business is growing, and we are now looking for more colleagues who want to contribute to our own and our customers' development. Our mission is to help organizations achieve their set goals and implement sustainable changes in project and business development. We do this through our PPS model via PPS OnLine, workshops, mentorship, and training – always with a human and agile perspective.

Responsibilities
- Work both externally in consulting assignments with customers in various industries and internally with, for example, offer and model development.
- Lead training and workshops, webinars, and act as an advisor to customers.
- Be part of a team that actively works to be a learning organization where we help and learn from each other.
Requirements
- Experience working as a consultant.
- Experience leading projects with an agile approach.
- Experience working in organizations where agile transformations have been implemented.
- Experience in establishing or managing portfolio management, performance management, value realization, and change management is meritorious.
- Experience in teaching or creating digital learning opportunities is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
- You are a curious person who always strives for personal development.
- You are confident, humble, and unpretentious, as well as business-oriented with good social skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and teaching others.
- You have the ability to handle several parallel assignments simultaneously.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, with the ability to articulate yourself convincingly and clearly.
