About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Versicherungskaufmann (m/w/d) for customer advice and property insurance in Frankfurt. Required: completed insurance training, practical experience, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer advice on property insurance
• Utilize practical experience in insurance counseling, customer service, or sales
• Ensure secure handling of digital customer communication and common tools (e.g., CRM systems, email communication, Microsoft 365)
• Demonstrate customer-oriented thinking and a good sense for economically sensible insurance solutions
• Exhibit a structured, reliable, and committed approach to work, including project-related tasks
• Be willing to actively shape processes and contribute to the further development of digital services
• Showcase strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, both in writing and verbally
• Possess very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and professional expression
• Demonstrate team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and a friendly, personable demeanor

Requirements

• Completed insurance training, e.g., as Versicherungskaufmann/-frau, Bankkaufmann/-frau, or IHK-certified insurance specialist (m/w/d)
• Practical experience in insurance counseling, customer service, or sales, ideally with a focus on property insurance
• Secure handling of digital customer communication and common tools (e.g., CRM systems, email communication, Microsoft 365)
• Customer-oriented thinking and a good sense for economically sensible insurance solutions
• Structured, reliable, and committed approach to work, including project-related tasks
