Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute tests according to specifications, utilizing existing setups.
• Provide necessary materials, measure and inspect parts for deviations, and make adjustments as needed.
• Assemble mechanical and pneumatic components, perform electrical installations, and integrate mechatronic devices and handling systems into test setups.
• Conduct individual and continuous tests, implement PLC programs for test stands, and adjust test procedures if necessary.
• Document test results, analyze them, and verify their plausibility.
• Maintain devices, fixtures, tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment.
• Set up demonstrators and exhibits for training and exhibitions, and source required materials.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or in a related technical field, with knowledge in mechanics, electrics, and electronics.
• Practical experience in mechatronics, ideally with a technician's qualification.
• Knowledge in pneumatics or hydraulics and practical experience with measurement and testing techniques.
• Proficient in German.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and reliable with common technical software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
